Buffalo City Grill shooting: Four die in restaurant shooting -Video

A mass shooting at the City Grill restaurant in Buffalo, New York left four people dead and four injured. The AP reports that one of the victims was celebrating his first wedding anniversary at the restaurant in the business in downtown Buffalo.

The shooting happened in the early morning hours on Saturday as the victims were leaving a party in the restaurant around 2:30am.

Searches for information about the tragedy forced the City Grill and the city of Buffalo into the top Google trends once word spread on the Internet about the incident.

MSNBC: Police said they were investigating reports that at least one person had been escorted out of the restaurant moments before. Chief of Detectives Dennis Richards said. "People were leaving when this shooting happened." ... Investigators did not know how many shooters there were. Late Saturday morning, police converged on a Buffalo house and brought one man out in handcuffs. Police would not say whether it was related to the shootings.

Long Island Press: The victims of the Buffalo shooting included a Texas man who was in town to celebrate his one-year wedding anniversary ... Authorities have not released the identities of the victims, which included two men, 26 and 30, and two women, 27 and 32. The wife of the slain Texas man celebrating his anniversary was not among those injured.
