Buffalo Bisons announce 2013 spring training schedule

The Buffalo Bisons this week announced their 2013 spring training schedule. The Herd will play a total of 16 games against the Triple-A affiliates of the New York Yankees, Philadelphia Phillies and Pittsburgh Pirates from March 12-30.

The Toronto Blue Jays will open their 2013 spring training at Dunedin, Fla., when pitchers and catchers report on Tuesday, Feb. 12.

The exhibition schedule will start on Saturday, March 12 in Clearwater, Fla., against the Lehigh Valley IronPigs. The Herd will play six games versus the IronPigs, and five against both the Scranton/Wilkes-Barre RailRiders and the Indianapolis Indians. The Bisons will play all their home games in the Toronto Blue Jays complex at Dunedin. All games, home and road, will be played at 1 p.m.
