The Buffalo Bisons, the Triple-A affiliate of the Toronto Blue Jays, opens their 2013 spring training schedule on Tuesday, March 12th in Florida. The Herd’s 16-game spring schedule runs through March 30th, just five days before their regular season opener at Coca Cola Field in downtown Buffalo on Thursday, April 4th.

- March 14th – hosting the Indianapolis Indians in Dunedin
- March 15th – hosting the Lehgih Valley IronPigs in Dunedin
- March 16th – at the Indianapolis Indians in Bradenton
- March 17th – hosting the Lehigh Valley IronPigs in Dunedin
- March 18th – hosting the Scranton/Wilkes-Barre RailRiders in Dunedin
- March 19th – at the Scranton/Wilkes-Barre RailRiders in Tampa
- March 21st – at the Indianapolis Indians in Bradenton
- March 22nd – hosting the Lehigh Valley IronPigs in Dunedin
- March 23rd – at the Lehigh Valley IronPigs in Clearwater
- March 24th – at the Indianapolis Indians in Bradenton
- March 25th – hosting the Indianapolis Indians in Dunedin
- March 27th – hosting the Scranton/Wilkes-Barre RailRiders in Dunedin
- March 28th – at the Scranton/Wilkes-Barre RailRiders in Tampa
