Today, the Buffalo Bills announced the signing of former Miami Dolphins kicker Dan Carpenter.
Carpenter entered the league as an undrafted free agent in 2008 with the Dolphins. Since then, he is 154-155 on extra points and 127-155 on field goals (81.9 percent), which is good for fifth most among NFL kickers.
He was cut by the Dolphins on Aug. 14, 2013 and signed by the Arizona Cardinals and New York Jets. He was released by the Jets shortly after their preseason finale against the Philadelphia Eagles.
He will wear No. 2.
