Budweiser Made in America festival comes to LA

The event has been sizzling in Philadelphia like a fresh-off-the-grill Philly cheese steak. Now the Budweiser Made in America music festival will test out the Los Angeles crowds to see if it can find success out west.

The event will be taking place this Labor Day weekend in both Los Angeles and its place of origin-- Philadelphia-- making it the first simultaneous bi-coastal music festival.

The Budweiser Made in America music festival was created by Jay-Z back in 2012.

The LA edition will take place in Grand Park in downtown Los Angeles. The 2-year old park will host its largest crowd to-date for the festival.

The two-day event, which will be filled with dozens of performances, will be headlined by Kanye West, John Mayer, Imagine Dragons, and Afrojack.

The acts will perform on 3-stages starting Saturday afternoon around 2pm.

The flavor of the music will be hip-hop, rap, electronic dance, and pop.

The Shawn Carter produced event is not yet sold out but it expected to draw over 35,000 people.

You can still get your tickets and be a part of the inaugural Budweiser Made in America music festival in Los Angeles. You can buy a full 2-day pass, or buy a single day pass for either Saturday or Sunday.
