In a series about people who take their dogs to work we discovered an unusual pooch who goes to work with his owner. She works for the “Dog” as in the Dog and Beth, who star in CMT’s reality show as a bailbonds person. The show was formerly known as Dog the Bounty Hunter on A&E network but moved to CMT network and is now “Dog and Beth”. New episodes can be seen on the internet. Buddy is a licenced therapy dog with Pet Partners, formerly known as Delta Society which is located in Bellview,Washington. Dog and Beth are great people to work for and they are definitely Dog friendly and have dogs of their own.
Buddy is a mellow dog and his presence can help clients calm in what can be a very stressful time especially if they have been arrested and have to go through the daunting court process. The folks who work at Da Kine Bail Bonds work with clients to help them navigate the court system and assist them in ways that are not typical of a bail bonds company. They care about their clients and Buddy will tell you himself.
Medical research has shown that the presence of a therapy dog can lower a persons blood pressure, lessen depression and help with PTSD, post traumatic stress disorder.
They are located on Queen Emma Street in Honolulu and there is plenty of parking in the rear of the building. You can email Buddy at email@example.com
You can email Buddy at firstname.lastname@example.org and he will reply. On Buddy’s days off he works at St. Francis Hospice of Hawaii and visits clients. Buddy has been a Therapy Dog for 7 years and will retire this year because he is 14 years old. In dog years that is very old. Buddy is available for visits to your facility but you must request by email only. Buddy also worked with the Wounded Warriors Detachment at Kaneohe Marine Base in Hawaii.
