What is the Bryon Riesch Paralysis Foundation?

The BRPF is a medical philanthropy, established in 2001 in honor of Bryon Riesch, then a Marquette University student, who suffered a swimming accident that left him paralyzed with spinal cord injury. Today, the Foundation helps fund medical research towards a cure for paralysis, provides selected scholarships, and assists individuals with ALS, Alzheimer's, Parkinson's, and various other neurological disorders.
