Throwing out obvious lies about his ideological opponents must give Bryan Fischer a raging boner or something.
Last week, Fischer claimed that President Obama would love nothing more to arrest veterans at the World War II memorial and repeated Steve Doocy's completely false claim that more personnel had been sent there than to Benghazi.
Yesterday, Fischer latched onto Michele Bachmann's favorite conspiracy theory by warning that the Obama administration will use the Affordable Care Act to deny healthcare services, especially to his ideological opponents, during future shutdowns.
"If you've got a government that with a phone call can shut down a war memorial, can send orders to police to lock people up that go there, that can issue $100 fines for jogging in a national park, what makes us think they can be trusted with our health care?" asked Fischer. "If they can do that to Americans when it comes to access to national parks, what are they going to do when we’re talking about access to health care?"
Fischer also once again demonstrated his complete disdain for checking his sources. His source this time was Rightwing News, a website that screams "deliberately slanted opinion" with just its name alone.
