The fourth annual Lindt Gold Bunny Celebrity Auction launched on March 5 and four cast members from “Dancing with the Stars” are lending their support to raise money for Autism Speaks, the world’s largest autism advocacy organization. Judge Bruno Tonioli, pro dancers Cheryl Burke and Derek Hough and host Brooke Burke Charvet have all lent their signatures to the cause by autographing porcelain Lindt Gold Bunnies. They will be auctioned off online at LindtGoldBunnyAuction.com from March 5-15, and 100% of the proceeds will benefit Autism Speaks.
To bid on one of the Lindt Gold Bunnies in the Celebrity Auction, go to the auction page on ebay and click on a celebrity’s name. You will then be directed to his or her individual auction. Lindt will also donate 10 cents to Autism Speaks for every chocolate Gold Bunny purchased from Feb. 15-March 31, up to $100,000.
In addition to the “Dancing with the Stars” celebrities, close to 100 of Hollywood’s biggest stars also autographed a Gold Bunny to support Autism Speaks including Betty White, Andy Cohen, Bryan Cranston, Celine Dion, Diane Keaton, Donald Trump, Drew Brees, Harrison Ford, Jane Lynch, Jason Aldean, Jason Mraz, Jesse Tyler Ferguson, Julianna Margulies, Martha Stewart, Matt Lauer, Neil Patrick Harris and many more.
As of noon on March 7, the bids for “Dancing with the Stars” Lindt Bunnies stand at:
- Cheryl Burke: $26.00
- Brooke Burke Charvet: $20.50
- Derek Hough: $51.00
- Bruno Tonioli: $51.00
