Bruno Mars does not plan on letting freezing temperatures stop him from strutting his stuff during his upcoming outdoor set at the Super Bowl halftime show.
According to an article posted Dec. 27 at Billboard.com, the Grammy Award winning singer-songwriter's philosophy in dealing with temperatures, which could dip below freezing at the annual NFL football spectacular set for Feb. 2, 2014 at MetLife Stadium in East Rutherford, N.J., is simply to "face it."
When asked about how he'll deal will winter weather conditions in New Jersey during a new Billboard interview, the 28-year-old Honolulu, Hawaii native joked, "I'm going to wear a beekeeper suit. I'm not going to know until I get there ... I'm not trying to hype myself up too much. I know it's going to be cold and I just got to face it."
Nominated for five awards at the upcoming 56th Annual Grammy Awards, the "Just the Way You Are" hitmaker will be bringing his hugely successful AEG Live produced Moonshine Jungle World Tour to Canada in May, 2014 with upcoming stops confirmed in Ottawa, ON, Calgary, AB, Saskatoon, SK, Montreal, QC and Toronto, ON.
Details are TBA, so stay tuned!
