Now a brunette, Britney Spears is trending on Feb. 26 because she no longer has blonde hair. Neither does Jennifer Lawrence, according to OMG Yahoo!
So when did these light haired beauties transform?
Only their hairdressers know for sure but Britney Spears was first seen rocking her darker locks at the Elton John AIDS Foundation Academy Awards party held at the Blue Whale, formally known as the Pacific Design Center and located in West Hollywood.
Reports from MSN say the former Disney princess took on the new look on Feb. 24 while swathed in a daring Michael Cinco Couture gown that was cut almost to her navel. Her mane was as long as that daring plunge, looking luxurious in a rich dark brown.
Meanwhile, Jennifer Lawrence needed to dye her hair right after the Oscars on Monday, Feb. 25.
The reason?
She had to go back to work on the newest installment of "The Hunger Games" called "Catching Fire." After all, that's Katniss Everdeen's signature colored hair, and it looks very sexy on this sensuous 22-year-old who was hit on by Jack Nicholson at the Oscars, no less.
That said, it is reported that JLaw went to a chic Beverly Hills salon for the quick change into brunette territory. That's the same territory where Britney went when she and Lawrence decided for different reasons that they could no longer be blondes. Or, at least, not for the time being anyway.
