The extensive buffet is centrally located in the Terrace Dining Room with over 100 succulent items to choose from. Additional attentive staff guide you through the maze of food as guests stare with an open gape in a state of wonderment.

A warm bar includes heartier fare, which includes an exquisite carving station of prime rib, smoked turkey and beef brisket among other various warm vegetarian and fish dishes.

An omelet bar offering your choice of ingredients including bacon, mushrooms, tomatoes, bell pepper medley and rich crab. Homemade hash and eggs benedict are also prepared upon order.

Moving along to more luxurious decadence; choose from a selection of sweet and savory crepes, personalized waffles, and cheese soufflé.

Small sweet bites have popularized the Broadmoor’s Sunday Brunch with offerings of an award-winning bread pudding, key lime pie and chocolate mousse.

To top it all off, a chocolate fountain entices guests to choose from a variety of items to drizzle in chocolate. If you prefer a lighter fare, there is also a large selection of fresh fruits. Or why not combine the two and create your own concoction of refreshing fruit dipped in rich premium chocolate.
