Bruce Springsteen releases free stream of new single 'Hurry Up Sundown'

On April 16 American singer-songwriter and guitarist Bruce Springsteen released a free stream of his new song "Hurry Up Sundown" on NPR's official website. The song is featured on Springsteen's upcoming EP "American Beauty" which is set to be released on Record Store Day (April 19) via Columbia Records. Springsteen's upcoming EP "American Beauty" features four unreleased tracks. Two of the songs were recorded for his most recent studio album, "High Hopes" but they did not make the final cut. Those two songs that were recorded for the album are "Her Blue Eyes," and “Mary Mary". The other two songs, "American Beauty" and "Hurry Up Sundown" were never even recorded with the album's producer.

The album "High Hopes" was released on Jan. 14 and it reached No. 1 on the U.S. Billboard 200 chart. The EP "American Beauty" will be released on limited edition 12-inch vinyl for Record Store Day. There will only be 7,500 copies made available for fans to purchase.
