Bruce Jenner had surgery for skin cancer on his nose. TMZ reports on Sept. 19 that Jenner was seen with a large bandage covering up his nose. This is not the first time doctors have found skin cancer on his face.
Jenner’s bandaged nose has started rumors about plastic surgery. However, the 63-year-old did not go under the knife for vanity. Doctors found skin cancer on his nose, and the surgery was necessary to remove the affected tissue.
Jenner also needed surgery for skin cancer on his face last year. The “Keeping up with the Kardashians” costar has admitted to getting plastic surgery in the past, but the current bandages on his nose are from skin cancer.
The 63-year-old has not been trying to hide his nose. Although he wore a cap and sunglasses, the large bandages did not escape the attention of photographers as he purchased coffee. Sources claim he will have a scar after the surgery that required 30 stitches.
In 2012, he blamed his first bout with skin cancer on playing golf in the sun. Although he tends to wear a hat, it obviously is not providing him with enough protection. Despite their cravings for media attention, the Kardashian clan has not made any public acknowledgment of Jenner’s latest skin cancer battle. He has not been mentioned by Kris or any of his children. Kris is actually in Disneyland enjoying the rides while Bruce is alone in Los Angeles.
