Is Bruce Jenner undergoing gender reassignment surgery? The Olympic gold medalist is reportedly consulting with doctors about having his Adam's Apple reduced. Sources say Bruce met with a Beverly Hills plastic surgeon Thursday concerning what's called a laryngeal shave, according to TMZ on Dec. 12. Jenner's now being suspected of having the procedure done as what is typically part of the first stage in gender reassignment surgery.

Jenner, 64, claims that's entirely untrue, and that he's considering the surgery not as part of a sex change, but because he never liked the look of his trachea. However, comedian Marlan Wayans weighed in on video Friday, advising Bruce via TMZ to, "just go and get the t*tties now".

Although the doctor took photographs Thursday, and sources say surgery has been scheduled for after the new year, Bruce insists no surgery date has been set yet. The Kardashian clan reality star maintains it was just a consultation.

Insiders say this was Bruce's second visit to the office, where he's looking to have the procedure, also known as a tracheal shave, in order to smooth out his Adam's Apple.

Apparently after learning of TMZ's story, Jenner called in explained that he first consulted the plastic surgeon because the scar on his nose didn't heal well following his September basal cell carcinoma removal.

He added that while he was there he just happened to also inquire about the laryngeal shave, not for a sex change but because he doesn't like the way his throat looks.

According to the Daily News, Bruce has admitted in the past to undergoing a nose job and facelifts. The tracheal shave reduces the cartilage through a small incision in the throat, and can potentially damage the larynx, or voice box.

As for Marlan Wayans, it's not entirely clear whether he was being serious or just kidding with Bruce when said he thinks this is Jenner's first step towards becoming a woman.

Whatever the case, Wayans says he's moving too slow, telling Bruce, to just get the breasts already. Marlon thinks slowly but surely Jenner's been turning himself into a woman over the years.

He also thinks his next step might be to get butt implants, and that if he continues down the gender surgery path, "he's gonna look like me in 'White Chicks'".
