Although rumors have been flying around for the past 6 months, Bruce and Kris Jenner have both officially announced that they have separated. The couple released their official statement to the home network of their television show, 'Keeping up with the Kardashians.' They told E! News, "We are living separately and we are much happier this way, but we will always have much love and respect for each other. Even though we are separated, we will always remain best friends and, as always, our family will remain our number one priority." Together the ex-couple shares two children that they had together; Kendall Jenner and Kylie Jenner as well as both having 4 children from a previous marriage.

The couple have been living in separate houses for the past few months, as has been seen on their television show, 'Keeping up with the Kardashians' where Bruce Jenner was living at a rented Malibu mansion. Although the couple had been living apart, the children in the family denied the parents separation to the media. In June, Khloe Kardashian told Jay Leno while on 'The Tonight Show', "They're not having problems, but they still like to live apart, which is definitely different, You know, Bruce and my mom, they wanted some... In my house there is a man room for Lamar Odom. A room, not a different house. So I think they took my idea and ran with it. They got another house and Bruce stays there sometimes."

April was the couples 22 year anniversary.
