This dessert recipe is something quick and simple to prepare. However, it will "Wow" the crowd!

Brownie Pizza

  • 1 box brownie mix
  • 1 pack cream cheese, 8 ounces
  • 1/4 cup powdered sugar
  • 1-2 tsp vanilla
  • Fresh bananas and strawberries, sliced or crushed candy bars

Preheat oven to 350*.

Line a round 12 inch pizza pan or cookie cake pan with no-stick foil.

Prepare brownie mix according to the box directions.

Pour into prepared pan.

Bake for 20-25 minutes, until center is baked.

While cooling prepare topping:

With an electric mixer beat cheese, sugar and vanilla until smooth and fluffy.

Spread on cooled brownie.

Top with fresh sliced fruit or crushed candy bars.
