The best of both worlds: Brownies and Pie! Put them together and add some vanilla ice cream and you are set for Christmas dessert this year!

Brownie Pie

  • 1 unbaked pie crust
  • 1 package or box of brownies
  • ¾ cup chocolate chips
  • Vanilla or chocolate ice cream (optional)
  • Whipped topping (optional)
  • Chocolate or caramel ice cream syrup

Preheat oven to 350*
Prepare brownies according to directions on the package.
Add chocolate chips and stir.
Pour mix into pie crust.
Bake for 40-45 minutes, until center is cooked.

Serve with ice cream or whipped topping.
Squeeze chocolate or caramel topping over the top.
