This ham recipe has just enough sweetness to make the sweet tooth happy but not too much for those who do not have one. This is a great recipe to make for the Holidays!
Brown Sugar and Pineapple Ham
- 1, 1-1/2 pound package of brown sugar sliced ham *
- 1/2 cup margarine, melted
- 3/4 cup brown sugar
- 1/3 cup pineapple, chuncks
- 1/3 cup pineapple juice, reserved from can
- 1 tbsp brown sugar
Pre heat oven to 350*.
In a square baking dish layer 1 layer of ham.
Combine margarine and brown sugar.
Over 1st layer, spoon sugar mixture. Continue layers of ham and sugar mixture ending with sugar mixture.
Spoon pineapples over the top and sprinkle with brown sugar.
Bake for 35 minutes, uncovered.
* Ham comes prepackaged by weight. It is a chunck of ham that has already been sliced.
