The CBS Network sitcom pilot "Friends with Better Lives" added Sports Illustrated swimsuit model, Brooklyn Decker to the program's lineup on Mar. 3, according to Digital Spy. Decker's character on the show, "Jules," is a former teen model.
The comedy chronicles the lives of six, 30-something friends and their competitive relationships. The pilot stars "Dawson's Creek" James Van Der Beek.
The model turned actress, made her movie acting debut in the Adam Sandler comedy, "Just Go With It." Decker reportedly tried out for a role in the movie "The Hunger Games."
"I auditioned for Hunger Games… Not for Katniss, but for a character in the second book that I loved," Decker revealed. "I read the books in three days, and cried. I worshiped the books. I was like, 'I want to be in the movie, I want to do it'." She went on to say, "I was bummed not to get the role."
Decker made guest appearances on the TV shows "Chuck," "Royal Pains," "Ugly Betty," "The League," and "New Girl."
