Even Charlie Sheen's head may be spinning after hearing this news. Brooke Mueller went Tuesday night to rehab facility, and is spending some time there to recover from pneumonia combined with drug and alcohol problems. However, there's one snag to the story that was reported earlier -- she's not technically in rehab since she only plans on staying there a week. She's just recovering, and is not battling any sort of addiction. This new information is all part of a new statement Brooke's attorney gave TMZ.
Of course, this news begs the question: if it looks like rehab and smells like rehab, is it then rehab? This could just simply be a way for Brooke to recover from the stress, or her attorney could be making an attempt at positive PR.
There are a number of other reports out there about Brooke's so-called "addiction." Radar Online is going as far as to say she recently took crack cocaine. How much of the rumors are true? We'll just have to wait and find out.
