Brooke Mueller believes nude photos of herself are making rounds on the market, and she plans to sue any tabloid who publishes them. Charlie Sheen’s ex-wife and the mother of his twin boys feels sure a former assistant of hers is offering the intimate pics for sale, reports TMZ on Thursday, March 7.
Brooke is said to be furious. Does she think the photos might be fake? No. She admits they are real. In fact, she took them herself, dripping wet and naked as she stepped out of the shower. Brooke Mueller intended the nude photos for her current ex-boyfriend – a country singer. But something went wrong, somewhere, as it so often does when people take pictures of themselves that they would not want to show to their mother. Or their boss. Or millions of people on the Internet.
So far, the pics have not gone viral, although TMZ claims to have seen two unflattering – and revealing – pictures of the actress and mom. And meanwhile, Brooke has her attorneys on alert, to be ready to sue the moment any such photos appear. She is also ready to invoke a confidentiality agreement she had with the former assistant. But won’t it be too late, by then?
