Last night Aspen police arrested Brooke Mueller, actress and ex-wife of actor Charlie Sheen, for possession of cocaine.

Furthermore, TMZ reports that authorities in Pitkin County, CO are charging the mother of twins with 3rd degree assault (a misdemeanor), after she attacked a woman (whose name has not yet been released by police).

“The World According to Paris” actress was held for a few hours before being released early this morning on $11,000 bond.

The 34-year old, veteran rehabber is no stranger to Pitkin County officials.

Almost 2 years ago, Mueller and then husband (Sheen) were involved in a domestic dispute that caused the “Two and a Half Men” actor to be charged with 3rd degree assault, criminal mischief, and felony menacing.

The trial made headlines for months, as fans of the show waited to hear the fate of America’s No 1 TV show.

Sheen eventually pled guilty to the misdemeanor in exchange for the other 2 charges against him being dropped – and was sentenced to 30 days in rehab, 30 days probation, and 36 hours of anger management classes.

Since then, the Strictly Sexual actress has had several stints in rehab, including her completion of a a 45-day outpatient program for alcohol and drugs, which ended July 1, 2011.

Did you know? Brooke Mueller was caught with cocaine in her possession as far back as March 2001. However, since blood tests came back negative for recent drug use, the charge was dropped.
