A YouTube video featuring "Bronco Bama girl" has gone viral. The footage featuring Abigael Evans from Colorado, underscores how many Americans are victims of voter/election fatigue. Even 4-year-olds wish Barack Obama and Mitt Romney chatter fades to black. Enough already, right?
ABC News posted an update on the story October 31 after interviewing the child's mother. Here's what the network learned:
The "Bronco Bama" mania began when the girl's mother picked her up from daycare, noting she was a bit grumpy. After they got out at a grocery store parking lot, the child began crying, and mom began filming. She wanted to know why her daughter, who donned a pink Hello Kitty jacket was cranky. Apparently, an NPR segment was talking about Mitt Romney, Barack Obama and the 2012 elections.
"Just because, I’m tired of Bronco Bamma and Mitt Romney," the child replied when mom asked her what the matter was.
Abigael's mom, Elizabeth Evans of Fort Collins, introduces the hilarious, but touching video by saying:
"This is my four year old daughter, Abigael, after hearing one too many mentions of the election."

The public radio station released a statement of apology to "Bronco Bama girl" after the video hit the Internet, noted the Huffington Post. It read:
"On behalf of NPR and all other news outlets, we apologize to Abigael and all the many others who probably feel like her. We must confess, the campaign's gone on long enough for us, too. Let's just keep telling ourselves: 'Only a few more days, only a few more days, only a few more days.'"
The "Bronco Bama girl" YouTube video has over 1.6 million views as of the date of this report. While Barack Obama and Mitt Romney focus on Election Day, coverage on their sprint to the finish line is likely to ramp up (sorry Abigael).
