To be a human being is to be perfectly flawed. Life teaches through difficulties encountered. As your journey unfolds, these difficulties, which stem from immaturity, bad decisions or mistakes, can leave you feeling broken. It is especially difficult when the circumstance did not have anything to do with your actions such as the case of unexpected loss. It is unfortunate but everyone, at one time or another has been catapulted into this grim and desperate emotion.
To feel broken is extremely daunting. The outlook is dismal. You don’t even consider an outcome because, at the point of broken, you have no hope for the life you once had. Your heart aches as if a gapping hole is exposed and it feels as though this hole is leaking your spirit out one painful drip at a time.
Even though your spirit may seem like it has emptied to an all time low, it is essential you realize your vitality is still in tact.
Your soul is a plasma-like energy that can take harsh life blows and still continue. It repairs itself and replenishes.
While your inner self goes through this restoration process, your psyche suffers the painful feeling of being broken.
At this raw, most humiliating and humbling state, you are most creative. All of the toxins have been disposed. All of the layers have been dissolved.
While you feel that your inners are exposed, at the same time, natural healing can begin as the light shines into your core through the broken cracks.
If you want to heal, retreat, embrace your feeling and accept that you must start fresh. You’re not able to live the life you once had because you are not the same person. The experience of being broken has changed you.
Please remember, you are born with a soul that will always keep the pieces glued together and it enables you to endure most anything. You are much more resilient than you might have ever thought!
