Broiled lobster tails

See also

Make tonight a little bit fancier with this super yummy lobster dinner.

2 lobster tails
4 tbsp. unsalted butter, melted
½ tsp. paprika
½ tsp. garlic powder
½ tsp. white pepper
Salt to taste
Lemon juice to taste
*Salted butter to clarify for serving with the tails

With your oven rack in the middle of the oven, preheat your broiler. Line a baking sheet with foil. In a bowl, whisk together the butter and seasonings, leaving out the lemon juice. Place the lobster tails on the prepared baking sheet and brush the butter mixture over any exposed surfaces. Broil about 10 minutes until the tails become opaque. While the lobster tails are broiling, clarify your butter. In a pan over medium heat, melt your salted butter (as much as you would like to serve with your meal). The fats will separate and float at the top. Remove the solids with a spoon, and your butter is ready for dipping. Enjoy!
