Avocado is one of nature’s richest treats. The smooth creamy fruit lends itself to many indulgent snack foods. Chips and guacamole seems a standard fixture on party snack tables. Cool and creamy avocado atop nachos is an important element to compliment the crunchy and cheesy chips. Even just scooping the fresh unadulterated meat out of an avocado half with a spoon and eating it is delightful. While cool and refreshing avocado is fantastic, warm avocado is also superb.Broiling avocados is a great way to enjoy warmed avocados. Simply top the, "in- skin," avocado halves with havarti cheese and bacon before broiling. After removing the halves from the oven fihish them with a sprinkling of fresh green onion and enjoy with tortilla chips.
