Brock Lesnar signs new deal with WWE

Brock Lesnar has signed a new deal with WWE, according to PWInsider.

This new deal is apparently a two-year extension, which will put him with WWE until WrestleMania XXXI in 2015.

Lesnar appeared at the end of the January 28 episode of WWE Monday Night RAW by saving his long-time agent Paul Heyman from being fired by Mr. McMahon. He then proceeded to knock McMahon out with his patented F-5 finishing move.

The former UFC Heavyweight Champion and Undisputed WWE World Heavyweight Champion signed a one-year deal in April 2012 around the time of WrestleMania XXIII. That deal was for very limited dates for very high money. The original deal was set to expire after WrestleMania XXIX this coming April.

No real specifics have been released in regards to this new two-year extension, but it will more than likely follow the same model of the original agreement made in 2012.

Since Lesnar’s return in April 2012 he has made various appearances on Monday Night RAW, but only wrestled two matches, a loss to John Cena in a wild brawl at Extreme Rules and a victory over Triple H at SummerSlam.
