Brock Lesnar set to return to WWE

Brock Lesnar, 36, has not been seen on WWE programming since the RAW episode after WrestleMania XXX. Of course, Lesnar defeated longtime WWE star, The Undertaker. Undertaker's defeat was his first in the history of WrestleMania bringing Undertaker's WrestleMania record to 21-1.

The speculation of Lesnar's return was brought up to a fever pitch this past Monday when Paul Heyman told Triple H that "Plan C" would be an option to take the WWE World Heavyweight Championship off of current champion, John Cena. Also on RAW, Heyman was not with his latest charge, Cesaro. It is thought that Heyman will be going back to Brock Lesnar full-time. Whatever the case may be, it would appear that WWE will go forward with the Lesnar and Heyman as a tandem and Cesaro will be on his own from this point going forward.

As far as what Lesnar could do this coming Monday, remember that Miami is the same place that Lesnar returned to the WWE and attacked John Cena in 2012. Lesnar will likely come back to either challenge or attack Cena setting up their eventual WWE World Heavyweight Championship match coming up as soon as Summerslam.

Brock Lesnar is a former UFC Heavyweight Champion and two time WWE Champion. He is the 2002 King of the Ring, and was the youngest WWE Champion in history until Randy Orton took that honor from him.
