Brock Lesnar gave The Undertaker a concussion at Wrestlemania 30

According to an Apr. 8 report from the BBC, The Undertaker was rushed to the hospital with concussion-like symptoms, following his loss to Brock Lesnar at Wrestlemania 30 in New Orleans.

"Following last's night historic match with Brock Lesnar, The Undertaker was immediately taken to Ochsner Medical Center," the WWE confirmed. "After a CT scan and other medical testing, he was diagnosed with a severe concussion and was kept overnight for further evaluation."

Luckily for WWE Universe, The Undertaker was discharged from the hospital on Apr. 7, just two days following his Wrestlemania 30 bout against Lesnar.

Apparently he suffered a severe concussion during the match, although it isn't clear exactly when it occurred.

The Undertaker looked wobbly as he walked off into the backstage area following his bout against Lesnar, but most WWE fans thought he was just acting and not legitimately injured.

The Undertaker, who will be 50 years old by the time the next Wrestlemania goes down, is one of the most popular performers in WWE history.

Unfortunately for WWE Universe, there's a good chance he won't be back for next year's Wrestlemania. At Wrestlemania 30, Lesnar shocked the world by snapping The Undertaker's 21-year Wrestlemania streak.

Time will tell how the situation plays out, but no one wants to see The Undertaker wrestle longer than his body is able to.

The Undertaker has had multiple surgeries over the years due to the punishment he took from two decades on the WWE circuit. Adding this severe concussion to the mix and one would have to guess it's time for The Undertaker to hang up the gloves for good.
