Crock-Pot meals are featured every Wednesday on our local television station.  This one is very simple, fast, and only requires 4 ingredients and perfect for a working mother.  The recipe calls for a jar of cheese whiz, but with none in the cabinet, I used 2% Velveta (8 oz.).  It was really good.

 Broccoli & Cheese Crock-Pot Soup

Ingredients:
1 jar (8 oz. size) Cheese Whiz
1 can cream of celery soup (condensed)
1 package (1 lb. size) frozen broccoli
1 carton (16 oz. size) half & half

Mix all and heat on low in crockpot for about 2 to 3 hours or until broccoli is tender.

Serves/Makes: 6 servings.
