Brittany Murphy's family buried their loved one this week but is the celebrity actress truly at rest?

While the family held the funeral service on Thursday, saying the 32-year-old star was "an incredibly loving and passionate person”, questions about the sudden death of Murphy and the looming toxicology reports still exist.

In question, is Brittany Murphy's husband - Simon Monjack - who's been exposed in the press by sources like The Daily Mail  bringing to light his past history with credit card fraud and being nicknamed "Simon Con-jack".

"Brittany was tired and a little sad because she was sick,’ Monjack told the Daily Mail. "I know what the inference is by all those pills. That she was some kind of addict, but addicts hide away their pills. They do not leave them on the nightstand like Brittany."

He added in her defense, "Some of them were old and date back to when Brittany had some ailment or other. You know how people accumulate things and never throw them away."

But some still wonder why the LAPD cite "other reasons" as reasons enough to investigate the star's death and even more so, wonder why Monjack requested the body not be autopsied.
