Actress Brittany Murphy's autopsy report details a stash of prescription drugs and husband Simon Monjack is now forced to address rumors about foul play.

Photos of Brittany Murphy prior to her death show an emaciated star but leaked autopsy report investigation details said the 32-year-old Clueless actress appeared "normal".

In the days after Brittany Murphy's death, the LA County Coroner cited "other reasons" for moving forward with an extensive autopsy report, despite husband and screenwriter Simon Monjack's wishes.

While the autopsy report must include three additional reports to be concluded - A toxicology, histopathology (organs and tissues) report and neuropathology (brain) report - investigators found a plethora of prescription drugs on Murphy's nightstand. For the full list of drugs, click here.

When asked about foul play involving Brittany Murphy's death, husband Monjack says, “I don’t know why anyone would think that,” he told the press. “She found love. We found love. Brittany didn’t get to where Brittany was with anyone controlling her…Brittany was Brittany."
