Britney Spears will have to follow strict rules for her Las Vegas residency, according to an “In Touch” weekly report on Feb. 21.
Spears has been given a firm set of guidelines to follow, seemingly with her best interest at heart. A source tells the mag, “Britney’s absolutely not allowed to gamble,” and “she can’t bring anyone back to her suite at the casino,” either.
The pop star will also have a set budget to prevent her from splurging. “She has limits as to what she can spend. For anything more than that, she needs special permission — so there will be no impulse shopping,” says the source.
Adding, "[Britney] has to have a handler or security with her at all times,” which means no alone time for the singer. “She even has a curfew.”
The source tells “In Touch” that the 31-year-old’s mental health and well-being will be closely observed. “They really are going to be monitoring her behavior and moods to make sure she is feeling okay and ready for the hard hours of work she needs to put in each night.”
Meanwhile, details for Spears’ Las Vegas residency are reportedly still in negotiations and a venue has not been announced. Sources told TMZ Spears’ payday for the gig will be astronomical.
