Pop temptress Britney Spears says she stays in shape with the help of her two boys. Her fitness regimen isn't hindered because she had children. For Britney, it's actually helped!

"How do I keep slim?" OMGmusic.com quotes the 28-year-old mother of two as saying. "Having two boys definitely helps, and I love to dance. It's the best way to stay in shape."
...AND SIX, ORGANIC MEALS A DAY!
In addition to cutting loose on stage, Spears' diet falls into a healthy category 95 percent of the time. The "Break the Ice" star - who's working on releasing her new album in early 2011 - consumes "six small meals a day of specially prepared organic food - chicken, salads, vegetables and other low-fat fare".
To finish off her fitness routine, she then works out with a trainer three times a week. To reward her hard work both as a mom and after the gym, Spears said she treats herself with spa days.
"I love treating myself to a spa day," she says. "Massages are my favorite."
