Britney Spears will be possibly receiving a $100 million a year deal to perform in Vegas. Yes, we may see Spears taking up a new residence in Vegas! One of the famous Caesars properties is now in talks with the pop-star to perform nightly shows (according to TMZ sources). She’ll be following the footsteps of Celine Dion, but will possibly gross more than Dion did during her time in Vegas.
After announcing her departure from X’ Factor and the breakup of her and former fiancé, it looks like things could be looking up for Spears. Could this be good for the singer, especially since her recent unfortunate news of a breakup and the loss of her job on the X’ Factor? Which TMZ sources revealed the singer was going to be dismissed from the show and therefore, quit before being fired. It isn't like the pop-star is not doing anything because she’s back in the studio doing what she loves most, recording her 8th album. She also currently has a song with Will-i-am which is still on top of the Vodafone Big Top 40 charts. Some feel the $100 million deal will be something to keep the singer even busier and focused, but then there are those who feel the singer may not be able to stick with such a grueling deal to perform so often.
Apparently, the $100 million deal is definitely a go, close sources to Spears says all she has to do is sign on the dotted line. There are a few stipulations being worked on regarding whether Spears will be performing only a few nights a week, or whether or not she’ll be performing on stage and making appearances at parties and etc. It has not been revealed how long the contract is calling for her to stay in Vegas to perform; so whether it’s for a year or longer, that hasn't been revealed yet. Although, there are a few stipulations being worked out, it looks like Spears is apparently going to be signing on the dotted line to begin her new contract and performing in Vegas, making $100 million or more a year.
