"Princess of Pop", Britney Spears, has done it again! She has managed to capture the hearts of Las Vegans. Spears has been in Las Vegas performing a two year residency at Planet Hollywood. The Las Vegas pairing has been a huge success for both Spears and Caesars Entertainment. Fans have faithfully come in droves to see the iconic star with a near sell-out crowd at every show.

Both TMZ and the New York Daily News have confirmed that Spears is close to extending her "Piece Of Me" residency with Caesars for another two years. Spears’ current deal involves a profitable $30 million to perform 100 shows at Planet Hollywood's, Axis Theater, that started in Dec 2013 and will run through 2015. If Spears accepts a new contract the shows would run through Christmas 2016, and the pop star would earn an additional $12 million.

Caesars Palace President, Gary Selesner, told the New York Daily News that Brit has been "a great success" during her time in Las Vegas, adding that "she has been filling out the place every night, and she is enjoying it and is in good health."
There are only three more Las Vegas shows before Spears goes on a hiatus. Her shows will resume, however, on August 15th. Pre-tickets sales for the August dates are now available if you are an American Express card holder. Tickets will be available to the public this Friday, May 16th. Fans wanting to meet Ms. Spears will have to dig a little deeper into their pockets. Meet and greet packages start at $2,500 and go as high as $7,500. For information on available concert dates and ticket pricing you can contact a Ticketmaster or check out Britney Spears media pages.
