There is no doubt Britney Spears is a blonde bombshell, and can honestly rock any hair color. Her natural brunette shade obviously suits her brown eyes and skin tone, and the brown hair color took ten years off of her looks. But when Spears’ debuted the red, it ignited a fire in Britney’s appearance that screams sultry siren.
It is always easier to go from light to dark, as in Britney Spears’ recent blonde to brown to red hair color alteration. However, red is not an easy color to manage, especially the vibrant tones of auburn. The best way to maintain red hair color is to not wash every day, and always use a shampoo formulated for color treated hair as recommended by your hair colorist or hairstylist.
And never attempt a drastic, let alone any hair color service at home. Box brands purchased in a pharmacy most certainly will not look like Britney Spears’ hair color. Visit a licensed professional for optimal hair color results.
