The "Scream & Shout" singer was seen leaving Target with a female cop beside her. The cop didn't look too pleased. Britney appeared to be unfazed by the incident.
According to the Daily Mail, the singer was trying to buy some bubblegum. Maybe she was acting inappropriately inside of the store. She's known for her strange and unusual antics.
Fans fear that Spears may be heading down the wrong path again. When she dyes her hair brunette, she signifies the end of a relationship. It could also mean that Spears is unhappy or releasing a new epic album like "In the Zone" and "Blackout."
Hopefully, Britney won't be headed for another breakdown. Back in the years of 2006, 2007 and 2008, she was seen sporting a darker hairstyle. She also dyed her hair brunette shortly after her breakup with Justin Timberlake. Britney was seen with the new hair color on her "Onyx Hotel Tour."
Britney Spears also had a fashion mishap at Elton John's Oscars viewing party. The pop singer said that her sexy black gown was made by Versace. It was in fact made by Michael Cinco Couture. Maybe she just had another "blonde moment" while at Target.
