The “Oops!... I Did It Again” singer opened up about her family and the things she loves most in life, according to USA Today.

Her documentary opens up with Spears telling us that her favorite flavor chewing gum is watermelon, which will give us all something to think about whenever we see her snapping bubblegum bubbles.

And when discussing her sexy starlet persona, it’s interesting to know that she actually considers herself to be an extremely shy person, and one not well suited to the entertainment industry due to that natural shyness.

Regarding her family, Britney’s younger sister, Jamie Lynn, can kick her butt.

"Jamie Lynn's surprisingly strong. She nails me to the ground every time."

Britney says that she and her dad, Jamie, are a lot alike.

"We've got the same mannerisms when we've got something on the brain."

In one particularly interesting scene from the documentary, father Jamie is talking about the 100 degree Las Vegas heat Britney is trying to endure while shooting her “Work Bitch” video in a makeup trailer without any air conditioning.

Jamie “rednecked” a portable AC unit for Britney’s trailer with tubing and duct tape to keep his star daughter's makeup from melting during the video shoot. Turns out, Jamie never leaves home without duct tape.

Britney also shared her feelings about sex.

"I love sex. I think sex is great," she said.

"But I feel a little different about it now that I'm older. Sometimes I feel like I'm 20 and then sometimes I feel like I'm 50."

"I Am Britney Jean" follows the pop star princess and documents Britney’s four month preparation for her upcoming stage show in Las Vegas, where she’ll be performing for the next two years.

Britney’s come a long way since her eight-year-old “The Mickey Mouse Club” TV days, including nine studio albums, a full on open mouth kiss with Madonna during the 2003 “MTV Video Music Awards,” and a public breakdown that made Amanda Bynes’ look tame.

We’re glad that Britney is healthy and back on stage; and we wish her the best during her 2-year stint in Vegas.
