Britney Spears' camp is close to signing a very lucrative deal for a Las Vegas show, TMZ reports.
It's been a drama filled week for the star with her split from ex-fiance Jason Trawick and her judging gig on X Factor, but from the looks of things Spears has already moved on.
Insiders say that the pop star's people are in negotiations with the Caesar's group in Las Vegas for a show similar to that of Celine Dion and that Spears is seriously considering the move.
The 'Hold It Against Me' singer is reportedly on board with the idea and "the deal is a go', as far as she's concerned. There are several stipulations that could throw a monkey wrench in the deal, but the deal is basically done', insiders say.
Among the issues in question are the types appearances Spears will make. There are talks about whether Spears will perform on stage exclusively, or if she will also make personal appearances at events in the hotels, nightclubs and pool day clubs.
Celine Dion earned a whopping $100 million per year for her Vegas show. Sources connected to Spears say that the payday being negotiated is 'astronomical' and more than Celine.
