Pop singer Britney Spears has been keeping busy since leaving “The X Factor” last December. While many of her new projects concern music deals, Spears is now showing her sporty side. The Los Angeles Dodgers baseball team uploaded a lone photo of Britney in one of their jerseys on Tuesday.
“It's Britney...Britney Spears brought the action for our #OpeningDayLA shoot!” read a photo of Spears uploaded to the team's Facebook page.
The Dodgers reference Spears' most recent hit with will.i.am, “Scream & Shout,” in the photo caption. A very tanned and still brunette Spears is shown in a blue jersey for the team's Opening Day shoot. Much of Britney's new projects have caught the day of light before she has even announced them, but this latest photo for the Dodgers came as a surprise to both sports and music fans.
In other Spears news, she was photographed today for an upcoming issue of Shape magazine, where she will more than likely be wearing less than a Dodgers jersey. Fans of the singer are also awaiting on whether her reported Las Vegas shows will be going to take place soon. Spears is currently working on her eighth studio album.
