It was reported on Jan 11, 2013, that pop singer Britney Spears has broken up with her fiancé Jason Trawick.
The 31-year-old pop star's representative confirmed this news to E! News. The singer and her agent have been engaged for the past year.
Spears in her statement said that both of them decided to call off their engagement. She said that she will always adore Jason and they will remain friends.
Spears has just bid goodbye to the show "The X Factor" which she judged. Travick said that as this chapter ends, a new chapter begins for them.
Travick was also the co-conservator of Britney's personal affairs. His petition to remove him from the role to a judge was signed off and now Britney's dad Jamie Spears will be the co-conservator of her personal affairs.
Britney was now considering residency in Las Vegas. Travick took to Twitter to say that he is visiting his family and friends in Miami and will watch the BSC Bowl.
