A former bodyguard for Britney Spears, Fernando Flores, is suing the popstar claiming that she made "repeated unwanted sexual advances towards him by exposing herself to him.
Flores claims that on one occasion, Spears "was wearing a white lace, see-through dress. She walked over close by [Flores], intentionally dropped her cigarette lighter on the floor, bent over to retrieve it and thereby exposed her uncovered genitals to [Flores]." The bodyguard says "the incident caused [him] shock and disgust."
He also says she called him into a room, where she was standing naked. "After an awkward silence... [Flores] asked if Spears needed anything. After some hesitation, Spears asked [Flores] to get her two bottles of 7 Up."
The suit even alleges that Britney engaged many in sex acts in front of Flores.
Flores' suit will be filed Wednesday afternoon with the L.A. County Superior Court. More allegations within the suit.
