On December 24, 2008 I reported that Britney Spears was on a crash diet. Less than a month later Britney doesn't have to say "Oops I did it again." On her website Britney showed off her amazing body. Those abs don't come easy even when you are under 30. They take a lot of hard work and willpower.
She has lost 20 pounds (perhaps not healthily and perhaps too fast) and has the smallest waist she's had in years. She's eating no more than 1200 calories a day.
What does Britany's workout look like? She does a couple of hours of cardio and strength training on top of all the dancing she does.
