We are looking for highly capable people studying a second degree, who have international experience and who bring new perspectives to our business. While we continue to develop our current employees into leaders of the future, we must also look at refreshing our talent pipeline with individuals from outside British Petroleum who have targeted skills and capabilities."

The campaign will target post-graduates at universities and business schools globally and include Duke University, Pratt School of Engineering, N. Carolina and Chicago Booth Business School in the United States.
