British-Muslim Lord Peer blames Jewish conspiracy for traffic ticket

Found guilty of dangerous driving, but cleared in death of innocent man...

Life Peer and Member of the British House of Lords, The Noble Lord Baron Ahmed of Rotherham is blaming what he terms a Jewish conspiracy for his three month jail sentence for dangerous driving, as reported by The Daily Mail (of London, England) on March 14, 2013.

As reported, Ahmed ranted on Pakistani television that the reason for serving a mere 16 days of his three month sentence was due to pressure from Jews "who own newspapers and TV channels."

As per British law, His Lordship Nazir Ahmed has been suspended by the leader of the left-of-center Labour Party, Ed Miliband, who has also ordered an investigation into Ahmed's race and religious-based hate speech.

During an interview with Pakistani television, Ahmed stated in his native Urdu language that the conspiracy was a result of his support for Palestinians in Gaza.

The Baron also placed a second layer of blame on the man who first appointed him to the House of Lords in 1998, the former British Prime Minister Tony Blair.

Ahmed stated "the judge who jailed him was appointed to the High Court after helping a 'Jewish colleague' of Tony Blair during 'an important case.'"

Father Of Two Killed...

Almost lost in the name-calling and charges of conspiracy is the death of Martyn Gombar, a 28-year-old Slovakian living in Leigh, Lancashire.

Gombar was killed by Ahmed on Christmas Day 2007 when his stationary car was hit by Lord Ahmed’s Jaguar on the M1 highway near Sheffield, England.

A police investigation found Lord Ahmed had sent and received five lengthy text messages while driving at speeds of up to 60mph.

The last was sent minutes before the fatal crash, killing the father of two small children.

Lord Ahmed pleaded guilty to dangerous driving at Sheffield magistrates court in December 2008, where Mr. Justice Wilkie accepted Lord Ahmed’s texting had not caused the accident but imposed a jail sentence for the 'prolonged, deliberate and highly dangerous driving.'

The Pakistan-born former Rotherham fishmonger was released after 16 days when the Court of Appeal suspended his sentence.

May A Bounty Be Upon Them...

His Lordship made headlines during April of 2012 when he offered a £10,000,000 ($15,000,000) bounty on the heads of both Barack Obama and George W. Bush.

As previously covered by Examiner.com, in response to the American reward for known terrorist leader Hafiz Saeed, His Lordship Nazir Ahmed was quoted as stating:

"If the US can announce a reward of $10 million for the captor of Hafiz Saeed, I can announce a bounty of £10 million on President Obama and his predecessor George Bush."
