Britax issues recall on several child stroller models due to amputation risk

An upstate South Carolina company has issued a stroller recall, Fox Carolina reported January 30.

Britax Child Safety Inc., located in Fort Mill, has issued a recall on their B-Agile, B-Agile Double and BOB Motion single and double strollers. The strollers have been responsible for several reports of incidents causing fingertip amputation, or broken fingers and lacerations.

The strollers were for sale online and in stores from May 2011 to June 2013. The strollers sold for $250-$450 and came in black, red, kiwi, sandstone, navy and orange.
