September 5, 2010 -- If you believe any of the rumors that are coming from the Dancing with the Stars sources today, there is trouble ahead and it echos the contestant Kate Gosselin from last year. In a recent posting, the RealityTV magazine online is pointing to the rumors about Palin and how she is being coined the 'diva' for this seaon.
According to the source, Palin is refusing to wear any outfits that show skin, like what has been seen in seasons past. While this is odd, considering her age, it is also one of the reasons people actually watch the show - they want to see the costumes. No skin definitely will equal no votes.
Another sticking point is Palin's declaration that she is on the show to set an example for other mom's (Hello Kate Gosselin) and doesn't know anything about dancing. This statement has generated national headlines and isn't what the show is about either. If she really was doing the show for others, she would have stayed home as she is only bound to embarass herself in the weeks to come and those moms the thinks are paying attention.
This season of Dancing with the Stars is utterly disappointing. However a game changer usually happens about half way through the season when all the dead weight is voted off the show, but that might be too late for those folks who love the dancing but feel ripped off they didn't get good contestants to start with.
