Brinley Gold Shipwreck Coconut Rum (72 proof) is an award-winning Product of St. Kitts in the West Indies. It is molasses based and hand-crafted with real, natural island coconuts. It mixes well with pineapple juice for an outstanding Pina Colada. The nose is delightfully coconut and the taste is rich and smooth.

Brinley Breeze
2 Parts Brinley Coconut Rum
3 Parts Pineapple Juice
A Sprinkle of Nutmeg

Cannonball
1 Part Shipwreck Coconut Rum
1 Part Cranberry Juice (or Pineapple Juice)
1 Part Grapefruit Juice

Add all ingredients to a shaker filled with ice, shake well. Pour unstrained with ice, shake well. Pour unstrained into your favorite glass. Garnish with a lemon twist.

Coconut Colada
1 Part Shipwreck Coconut Rum
2 Parts Pineapple Juice
1 Teaspoon of Fresh Nutmeg

Serve over ice in a tall glass. Sprinkle fresh nutmeg on top.

High Seas
1 Part Shipwreck Coconut Rum
2 Parts Pink Lemonade

Serve over ice in a tall glass.

Overboard
1 Part Shipwreck Coconut Rum
1 Part Apricot Brandy
1 Part Orange Juice
1 Part Pineapple Juice
Club Soda
1 Orange

Add all ingredients (except soda water) in a shaker filled with ice, then shake. Pour into a Hurricane glass and top with a splash of soda water, garnish with orange slice of pineapple wedge.
